【 “新型コロナウィルス感染拡大に伴う中止・延期のお知らせ” を英語で言う 】
新型コロナウィルスの影響により、様々なイベントのキャンセルが相次いでいます。日本語ではすでにお知らせしたけど、英語でのアナウンスはしていない…というケースは多いのではないでしょうか。
外国人のお客様にもお知らせしたい…という方は、ぜひ以下を参考にしてみてくださいね。

「新型コロナ」はNovel Coronavirus。「新型コロナウィルス感染症（新型肺炎）」はNovel Coronavirus-infected Pneumonia。単にCoronavirusでもOK。
- 「新型コロナウィルス感染拡大に伴う[イベント]中止のお知らせ」
- “Cancellation Announcement of [Event] due to Novel Coronavirus Outbreak”
「感染拡大」は outbreak を使います。Outbreak of Coronavirus、spread of Coronavirus、spreading of Coronavirus もOK。
- 「新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を予防するため、[2020年3月3日]開催予定の[イベント]を中止します。」
- “In order to prevent spreading of the Novel Coronavirus-infected Pneumonia, we have decided to cancel [Event] scheduled [on March 3rd, 2020].”
イベント期間が「3月3日から3月6日」の場合は、from March 3rd to March 6th.
- 「コロナウイルス拡大の懸念から、残念ながら[イベント]を中止とします。」
- “Due to concerns over the spread of Coronavirus, we regretfully announce the cancellation of [Event].”
「残念ながら」はregretfully. We are sorry to announce ～もOK。Announce の代わりに inform you もOK。
- 「安全面を第一に考慮し、日本政府からの呼びかけを鑑みた結果、[当店]は営業を一時的に取りやめます。」
- “Due to health concerns and following advice from the Japanese government, [our store] will be temporarily closed.”
「一時的に」は temporarily。「営業を取りやめる」は close を使います。
- 「 ご不便おかけしますが、ご理解をいただきますよう、よろしくお願いいたします。」
- “We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.”
appreciate（感謝する）の代わりに、ask for（お願いする）もOK。
- 「原則として中止または延期の判断を行うこととなりました。」
- “We have decided in principal to cancel or postpone all events.”
「原則として」は in principal。Basically もOKだけど、ややカジュアルな響き。
- 「2020 年 3 月 3日までのすべてのイベントを延期とさせていただきます。」
- “All events between now and March 3rd 2020 will be postponed.”
「延期」は postpone。
- 「今後の状況を見ながら別日程での開催を検討していく予定です。」
- “We will be considering to reschedule the event while monitoring the situation.”
「状況を見ながら」は while monitoring the situation。
- 「 イベントの最新情報は ホームページでお知らせします。」
- “The updates of our event will be announced on our website.”
「最新情報」は updates。Latest information もOK。
