- 「まん延防止等重点措置」の統一的な英語訳はありませんが、日本政府は現在「Priority Preventative Measures」 を使用しているようです。
まん延防止等重点措置が実施されています。
Priority preventative measures are in force.
Tighter anti-virus measures are issued.
Stronger preventive measures has started.
感染拡大の防止にご協力をお願いいたします。
Please do your part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
【 長崎県のまん延防止等重点措置 】
長崎県も、長崎市と佐世保市が「まん延防止等重点措置区域」に指定されました。
- 県外との不要不急の往来を控えるとともに、不要不急の外出についても控えてください
- 会食は、コロナ対策認証店を利用し、普段一緒にいる方と、4人以内かつ2時間以内にしてください（マスク会食の徹底をお願いします）
- マスクの着用、手指消毒、密を避ける、定期的に換気するなど、基本的な感染防止対策の徹底をお願いします
- 体調が少しでも悪いときは、外出や会食を控え、すぐに医療機関に電話で相談してください
- 無症状の方でも、感染の不安がある方は、積極的に無料検査を受検してください
これらを英語で言うには？

Please avoid unnecessary travel between prefectures and also refrain from non-essential outings.
- 「不要不急」は unnecessary や non-essential を使って表現できます。
会食は、コロナ対策認証店を利用し、普段一緒にいる方と、4人以内かつ2時間以内にしてください（マスク会食の徹底をお願いします）
Please dine at certified dining and drinking establishments and dine with people you are usually with, in a group of 4 or less, and within 2 hours. (Please wear a mask at all times except when eating or drinking)

Take thorough basic infection preventative measures, such as wearing a mask, sanitizing hands, avoiding 3Cs, and ventilating regularly.

体調が少しでも悪いときは、外出や会食を控え、すぐに医療機関に電話で相談してください。
If you don’t feel well, even slightly, refrain from going or eating out, and immediately consult a medial institution by telephone.
無症状の方でも、感染の不安がある方は、積極的に無料検査を受検してください 。
Even with no symptoms, if you have worries about infection, actively take the free test.
- 積極的に don’t hesitate to～（～することをためらわず）という表現も自然です。
