【#パンケーキがうまいだけの店 !?に行ってきたよ / One of the Fluffiest Pancakes in Sasebo】
先日、Eチャンチームで戸尾町の「Blue Star (ブルースター）」さんに行ってきました！ [日本語続きはコチラから]
The other day, the Echan girls visited Blue Star, a small cafe in Tonoocho. This place is famous for its fluffy souffle pancakes, which have long been on our radar. It’s about 15 minutes to serve after we order, but it’s worth waiting! Look at the picture above. Aside from its instagram-worthy look, we loved its simplicity. The cottony pancakes were served only with salty whipped butter and honey. It’s not too sweet, but delectable and comforting. A student discount is available for this pancakes (pancake & drink set, 1000 yen → 780 yen!)
Another feature of Blue Star is its mackerel sandwich. We believe this is only one shop in Sasebo which offers Istanbul’s famous mackerel-sandwich. The locally-caught mackerel really goes well with lean baggett bread, lemon and sweet homemade mayonnaise. It was absolutely delicious! It has high potential to be the next specialty in Sasebo since we have tons of fresh fatty mackerels around here.
There will also be hashed beef, roasted pork bowl (the meat is marinated with salted rice malt and roasted) , teriyaki baggett sandwich and gateau chocolat. You can have any dishes to go except the fluffy pancakes. English Menu and English speakers are not available but, the friendly owner loves to serve you his delicious food.

戸尾町のおしゃれなカフェ Blue Star (ブルースター）さん。お店のインスタのハッシュタグ「＃パンケーキがうまいだけの店」が気になりすぎて、Ｅチャンチームでランチしてきました！
噂のふわふわスフレパンケーキ、食べてきましたよ～。 ホントにふわっふわで、テンションが上がります！ ホイップバターと蜂蜜をかけていただくのですが、岩塩のしょっぱさがアクセントになって、甘すぎずとっても美味しい。そしてもちろん、しっかりと映えてます！
ランチのメニューはこちら↓ Yuki先生はサバサンドを選びました。 トルコのソウルフードなんですが、佐世保では珍しいので、とっても気になってたんです！ Rie先生は、赤ワイン仕込みのハッシュドビーフをチョイス！ 寒い季節、そそられますね～。

サバサンドは、二つ折りにぎゅーっと潰して食べます。 この大きなサバ、めっちゃ脂がのってる！ それもそのはず、佐世保近海で捕れたサバを使ってるんですって。佐世保風の甘いマヨネーズとレモンで、あっさりとした味に仕上がってます。トルコの名物が佐世保の風土に違和感なく溶け込んでる！ 佐世保の新名物になって欲しい！と思える１品でした。
ランチはドリンク込みで、どれも千円前後とリーズナブル。こじんまりとした店だけど、センスのいいインテリアに囲まれて、ゆったりとくつろげます。店内はこんな感じだよ～。
また平日の15：00～19：00限定で、パンケーキの学割があるとのこと！ 1000円のパンケーキ＆ドリンクセットがなんと780円。すでに女子高生に人気なようでした！ パンケーキ以外はテイクアウトも可能！ ぜひ皆さんも行ってみてくださいね。
