2017年度より、佐世保市教育委員会が中心となり、市民の英語力を向上させるために取り組んでいるプロジェクト。 たくさんの外国人が生活し、国際色にあふれる風土や文化を持つまち佐世保で、「英語＝佐世保」なまちづくりを目指しています。 このカテゴリーでは、本プロジェクトからのお知らせを掲載します！
Teams Under the Project / プロジェクト発のチーム紹介
① Sasebo Expo team / Sasebo エキスポ チーム
Regularly organizes a cultural exchange event “Sasebo Expo”. Local Japanese and American residents showcase cultural activities (origami, koto instrument, Sasebo top, American board games, and more! ) and enjoy cross-cultural communication.
文化祭をテーマにした国際交流イベント「Sasebo Expo」 を定期的に開催中！
折り紙や琴、させぼ独楽、ボードゲームなど、お互いの文化を紹介し合うことで、国際交流の場を作り出しています。
②Sports team / スポーツ交流チーム
Regularly organizes a cultural exchange & sports event . Japanese sports day is a super fun event that everyone can enjoy. Sports can get rid of language barriers!
“パン食い競争”や“二人三脚”などを外国人も日本人も一緒になって楽しむ 「国際交流大運動会」を定期的に開催中！
スポーツは言葉の壁を越える！そんな思いを持つ熱い面々が運営しています。
③「Web サイト・SNS（Sasebo E Channel）チーム」
Creates and administers Sasebo E Channel (Echan). Currently runs a website, a Facebook page, a YouTube channel, and a TikTok channel.
させぼ E チャンネル（Eチャン）を運営。現在ウエブサイト、Facebook、YouTube、TikTokで展開中。佐世保在住の外国人および英語好きな日本人に様々な情報を二か国語で提供することで、市民の英語力向上および異文化交流の促進を目的としています。
④ Bus Tour team (currently inactive) 「バスツアーチーム」（現在休止中）
Organizes joint bus tours for Japanese and non-Japanese.
外国人と合同のバス観光ツアーを企画・実施。
