The 6th International Friendship Sports Day will be held on Sunday, November 12! This event is hosted by “Sports Day Team” formed under Sasebo Intercultural Project, one of the major projects of Sasebo City. Their past five events were very successful (see a past event from the following link).
You can join 4 typical Japanese Sports Day games and get a participation prize after each game. Everyone from elementary students to adults can join. Japanese participants are local high school students. They are ready to welcome people from around the world! Admission is free. Apply by November 3rd from QR code below.

Sports Teams from the Sasebo Intercultural Project holds an “International Friendship Sports Day” , in which people from all over the world as well as local Japanese people can participate together. This event is for elementary students and older. You can enjoy such sports day games such as a “bite off the bread” or a three-legged race with local kids. Watch their promotion video!
