After a month of quarantine, maybe you are starting to think about taking a walk in the arcade again (we sill have to be careful though). The shop we will be introducing is the best place to drop by to quench your thirst. I bet that you have noticed that it’s getting a lot warmer recently.
Hefkcha opened last December as the first shop here in Sasebo to offer cheese milk tea. Cheese milk tea is a new type of milk tea. It’s topped off with a foamy layer of cream cheese and sprinkled with salt. You can add yummy toppings such as pudding, red bean paste, and Oreo crumbles. You can create your original cheese milk tea to satisfy your sweet tooth.
You may also be interested in their vitamin-rich fruit tea, or simple black Taiwanese tea during our long hot Summer. Grab a cup of Hefkcha tea and enjoy the “new normal” of your daily life. English menus are available.

今回、ご紹介するのは、HEFKCHA 宣喜茶（センキチャ）！ 佐世保初のチーズティーのお店として、昨年12月にオープンしました。チーズティーとは、ミルクティーなどの上にクリームチーズの泡と岩塩がトッピングされた飲み物。チーズの酸味と岩塩のしょっぱさが絶妙にミックスした新感覚のドリンクです。甘党（sweet tooth) の方は、オレオや小豆、プリンなどをトッピングして、さらにオリジナルな味を追求できますよ。外国人にはフルーツがたっぷり入ったフルーツティーが人気だそうです。
