タコスの店エレーナ｜Tacos restaurant Elena
先日、宮崎町の「タコスの店 エレーナ」に行ってきました。
53年前に創業の先代「エリーキッチン」の味を受け継ぎ、現在の場所になって16年（2021年現在）という超老舗のメキシカン料理のレストランです（2021年現在）。
The other day we visited Tacos Restaurant Elena in Miyazaki-cho.
Inheriting the taste of its predecessor “Ellie Kitchen” which was founded 53 years ago and serving in its current location for 16 years (as of 2021), the Mexican restaurant is known as one of the oldest restaurants in Sasebo today.
店内は清潔で、純喫茶のような雰囲気。
タコスは皮がパリッパリ。一番のオススメは、エンチラーダ！！タコスの生地（トルティーヤ）に具材を詰め、ソースで煮たものです。
エレーナのタコスミートは、日本の肉そぼろのような、少し甘めの味付け。ソースも、どこか昭和の懐かしさを感じます。
なので、エンチラーダも、グラタンのような、初めてでも違和感のない、「また食べたいな」と思わせる家庭のお味です。
The restaurant is clean and has an atmosphere like an old coffee shop.
The tacos shell is very crispy! But what we recommend the most is enchilada, stuffed tortilla cooked in Mexican sauce.
Elena’s tacos meat itself is a bit on the sweet side, like what you would expect from a Japanese ground meat dish. The sauce also somehow has a nostalgic, “Showa” era feel.
So one bite into Elena’s enchilada, it’ll remind you of a home made gratin, and will leave you with a comfortable, “I want seconds!” feeling even if you are visiting for the first time.
