【話題のステーキをテイクアウト！/ Steak to-go!】
インスタグラムで気になっていた「ミシェルブラウン ステーキハウス」。アメリカンスタイルのステーキハウスということだけど、一体どんなお店！？どんなお味！？
ということで、テイクアウトしてきました！
“Michele Brown Steak House”. We’ve all seen the American steak house on Instagram, but what is it really like? Are they really good as they seem?? Well, we decided to find out!
We ordered their steak to-go!
アンガス牛のリブロースステーキとサーロインステーキのそれぞれキングサイズを注文しました（各5,499円）！
ナイフとフォーク付きです。
We ordered King size Angus Ribeye and New York Strip (5,499 yen each)!
They come with knives and forks.

- アンガス牛ということで、肉肉しさは満点。わりと噛み応えはあるけど、臭みは一切無し。
They use Angus Beef so it’s very meaty! Meat is a bit chewy but not gamey at all. - いただくころには少し冷めていましたが、その場合はお皿に移してラップして、数秒ずつチンすればよいとこと。美味しさがよみがえりました！
The steaks were a bit cold by the time we ate. In that case, all you need to do is put the meat on a plate, cover it with cling wrap, and microwave it for a few seconds. It brought back the flavor! - 移動中の肉汁の漏れが心配で、事前にお店に相談。移動でどうしても多少の肉汁が漏れる可能性はあるかもとお知らせいただいた上で、しっかり梱包してくださいました。実際、お肉の容器の外側に若干漏れはあったものの、外袋からの漏れはゼロでした。
We were anxious about leakage from the meat and asked the store about it. They said travelling cannot avoid some leakage but promised to seal it tight. As a result there were some leakage from the meat package but the outer package prevented from leaking outside. - 嗅覚過敏のため車内の臭いも心配でしたが、包装をしっかりしていただいたので、ほぼ気になりませんでした！これには感動！
Being oversensitive to smell, we were anxious about the meat smell in the car. But thanks to the tight packaging, we did not mind it at all! Extremely happy! - なによりお店の方が親切で、店内の雰囲気も良く、いつか店内で食べたいなとすごくそそられました！
Above all the staff were super nice and the store had good atmosphere. We were very much tempted to eat in next time!
