営業時間短縮のお知らせ
Shortening of business hours notice.

Notice of shortening of business hours や Information regarding shorter business hours もOK。
Notice of change in business hours（営業時間変更のお知らせ）や、シンプルに Change in business hours（営業時間の変更について）、または Temporary change in business hours （営業時間の一時的な変更）も自然な表現です。

長崎県の要請に基づき、新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大防止のため、時短営業を実施します。
Following the request from Nagasaki Prefecture to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will shorten our business hours.

当店は長崎県からの営業時間短縮要請に応じ、令和3年1月20から2月7日の期間、営業時間を20時までとさせていただきます。
Complying with the request from Nagasaki Prefecture, during the period from Jan 20 to Feb 7 2021, our store will close at 8PM.

「要請に基づき」は、Upon receiving the request from ～（～の要請を受け）や、Due to the request from ～（～の要請のため）でもOK。

「時短営業を実施」は、we will operate under shorter hours （短い時間で営業します）や、we will be closing early （早く閉めます）でも伝わります。
