【公開ダイエット始めます / We’re going on a 1 month weight loss challenge!】
佐世保市在住の英語好きの女性3人が、1ヶ月の公開ダイエットにチャンレジします！
Three ladies from Sasebo, Japan (who are also English enthusiasts) will go on a 1 month weight loss challenge!
期間は、10月1日～31日。一週間ごとにレポートします！
Period is from Oct 1 to 31. We will provide a weekly update!
【3人の挑戦者/Three ladies up for the challenge】
“座り仕事で、体力の低下と体のむくみが悩み。腹筋と体幹を鍛えて、体力アップを目指します/My work is desk-bound so my physical strength has declined and body swells constantly. I want to focus on training my abs and core to get my energy back!!”
“たるんだお腹のひきしめ、くびれをつくる、下半身の筋力アップ。体重も一ヶ月で2キロ落とすことが目標です！/Tone up my flabby abs, make an hourglass figure, and strengthen my lower body. Also aim for 2kg loss in 1 month!”
“プランクや夜の白ごはん抜きを中心に、腹筋と足腰の筋肉をつけて、健康ボディを目指します！/I’ll focus on doing plank exercises and refrain from eating rice(carbs) at night. Will focus on abs and lower body workouts and aim for a healthy body”
