【佐世保でできる！英語 de ズンバ / English Zumba class in Sasebo】
ズンバ（Zumba）とは、今人気のダンス系のエクササイズの一つ。ラテンのリズムを基本に、サルサやヒップホップなどの曲に乗って、ノリノリで踊っていくダンスワークアウトです。
そんな人気のエクササイズを、佐世保で、しかも英語でできると聞いて、体験してきました！
Zumba is a dance exercise very popular around the world. It is a fitness program based on Latin dance music, and the movements vary from salsa to Hip Hop. Many people enjoy Zumba for its party-like atmosphere.
Did you know you can do this in Sasebo and in English? We went ahead and tried it!

参加させていただいたのはコチラ！キャロラインというインストラクターさんのオンラインクラス。普段は公民館や米軍基地内などで教えてらっしゃるとのことです。英語も日本語もＯＫ！
We tried this online class. Caroline is a Sasebo-based Zumba instructor and usually teaches at local community centers and on base. She speaks both E and J!
とにかく楽しい！パーティー気分！！！キャロラインさんの盛り上げ方が超上手い！！必要に応じて英語と日本語に切り替えながら教えてくれます。
It was pure fun!!! A definite virtual party. Caroline surely knows how to bring up the energy! She used both E and J for instructions depending on the needs.

6月には西地区公民館のZUMBAクラスも再開されるとのこと。こちらはチケット制（1回600円、初回無料）。ブラックライトを使うなどして、まるでクラブのような雰囲気で超発散できると評判！
Zumba class at Nishi-chiku community center will reopen from July (600yen/ticket, first time free). We heard these classes use cool lighting system and make you feel like you’re at a club!
